Multi-day retreats that help executive teams lower their defenses, address what is holding them back, and return more connected, aligned, and capable of the work in front of them.
"The team knows what to do. They have stopped being honest with each other about doing it."
The team is technically capable and behaves well in every meeting. They no longer say the things that would move the work.
Growth, turnover, a hard year, or an acquisition changed the team, and no one has said so out loud.
Air in the room belongs to one person, or the person meant to hold the room has quietly stopped showing up.
Each executive is doing the right thing for their domain. Together, they are doing the wrong thing for the company.
The annual retreat feels productive in the moment. Six weeks later, nothing has actually changed.
The executives are excellent in their roles. They no longer know each other as people.
A three-day immersive retreat for a leadership team of six to twelve, designed around the specific tensions, decisions, and relationships that matter for your company.
Every retreat begins with a confidential discovery session with the CEO and one-on-one interviews with every participant. The design is not a template — it is built from what your team actually needs to move through, together, in this moment.
Leave the office behind. A structured transition from work mode to genuine presence.
The people behind the roles. Structured storytelling — what shaped each leader, what pressures they carry, what the team does not see.
The truth of the team. Facilitated conversation surfacing what is working, what is not, and what has been going unsaid.
Repair and re-engage. Feedback given directly. Impact acknowledged. Trust rebuilt in specific, concrete ways.
With the team functioning again, the strategic priorities and stuck business decisions come back to the table.
A leadership covenant. Shared commitments about how this team will operate — and the accountability structure to make them stick.
Every retreat takes place in the Park City area, at private lodges and small retreat properties selected specifically for the particular group and retreat structure.
A shared physical experience — a long hike, a morning ski tour, a paddle on a high lake — is built into every retreat, deliberately. Executives speak differently walking side by side than they do sitting across a conference table. The environment does work that no facilitator can do alone.
Retreats are limited to a small number of engagements per year. Each is intentional. Each is different. None feels like a corporate offsite.
Our professional fee only, for retreat design, three days of on-site facilitation, and 30-day follow-through. Venue, meals, and outdoor experience are additional and coordinated by us.
We select and manage all logistics so you don't have to — chosen from properties, guides, and caterers we know and trust in the Park City area. These are billed at cost, with no markup. Total investment varies with group size, duration, and season. Final scope and total are established after the discovery conversation.
Every inquiry is reviewed personally. We respond within two business days, typically with a request to schedule a confidential conversation with the CEO before anything is proposed.
